Shipping and Return Information

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION: We always do our best to ship every order within 24 business hours of the placing of an order. Most orders are actually processed and shipped within 12 business hours. Please note that some items may have a longer shipping time posted on the individual item page. Please also note that we ship via UPS. This means that packages are shipped from our warehouses Monday thru Friday. If for some reason an item is not in stock, which will happen on occasion, we will inform you of the eta by email, or if that item is no longer available we will do our best to provide you with a few comparable options. You're free to cancel the order if you can't wait or the comparable options will not meet your needs.

CALCULATING SHIPPING: To calculate the shipping & handling charges for your order simply add the items your interested in purchasing into your cart and go to the checkout section. Enter in your Zip code, State and UPS shipping method and click apply. Your total will be displayed. Feel free to change the UPS method to see which method serves your needs best.

RETURNS: All returns and exchanges must receive an authorization number and must be within 30 days of purchase and in resalable condition. (Resalable condition means in original packaging, shoes not worn, roller bags not rolled as to scratch or damage wheels, balls not drilled, etc.)

Any returns or exchanges after the 30 day policy are subject to a restocking fee.
15% restocking fee if returned 31-60 Days after purchase.
20% restocking fee if returned 61-75 Days after purchase.
25% restocking fee if returned 76-90 Days after purchase.
Returns after 90 days will not be issued a refund.

A copy of the original invoice along with the authorization number must accompany the product being returned.

Items from the closeout sections can be returned or exchanged with an additional 15% restocking fee.

Shipping and handling is not refundable.

Gift Certificates have no cash value, cannot be refunded and must be redeemed within 1 year of purchase.

WARRANTY ISSUES: In the event of a warranty issue with an item, we will be more than happy to contact the manufacturer and do what we can on your behalf. All manufacturer warranties cover normal wear and tear but not abuse. It is the customer's responsibility to get the product back to us for submission to the manufacturer to determine if the item will be covered under their policy. In the event that the item is covered, shipping of the new product will be on a case by case basis depending on the manufacturer. In the event that the manufacturer does not see that it was a manufacturers defect it will be the customer's responsibility to pay for the return freight.
