El Paso this weekend!
Coming up this weekend the NM-TX Conference rolls on with a doubleheader at El Paso's beautiful Oasis Lanes, on the far east side of town. We begin at Noon on Saturday, and 9:30 AM on a separate Sunday event.
Lots is on the line this weekend, with Saturday being a DOUBE POINTS event- the last of the season, and Sunday being another event in the JBT Women's Series, You've seen Oasis on ESPN for PBA Tour broadcasts lately, come on out and see it for yourself. If you haven't made the NM-TX Invitational yet, this is a great chance to do so, so if you're not from El Paso, get a carload of bowlers together and get down there! To our El Paso regulars, this is your last chance this season to spread the word to your fellow locals about all the opportunities only JBT provides- please help us create a good turnout in Texas this weekend!
Longview WA next weekend; other Pac NW news
The Pacific NW Conference returns next weekend with a doubleheader at Longview WA's Triangle Bowl. Triangle holds the honor of being the first place that our PowerBowl jackpot was hit, so maybe you can make it the only center where it's been hit twice! Be sure to make your plans to attend this great weekend.
If, however, you won't be bowling with us next weekend in Longview, the Washington State USBC has a number of activities well worth attending at their 2009 Annual Meeting, including a 'town hall' type forum with USBC rep (and east coast JBT bowler growing up) Carolyn Dorin-Ballard. Please check out www.wsusbc.net for more information.
Also in Pac NW News, the Dick Ritger Bowling Camps will be holding a weekend clinic April 21-24 in Eugene, OR that still has spots available. You can find out more info on this program at www.ritgerbowlingcamp.com.

TPC, Desert Open, all other summer event details on web!
Details on all of the JBT's season ending Invitationals and big-money summer events are now available on the website! Just click on each individual event on the schedule page to find out more information. Even though nobody's 'officially' qualified for the Touring Players' Championship, some of you obviously will be eligible, so we encourage you to make your room reservations at Strike Zone at Sunset Station in the limited JBT room block soon. We're really excited about the Invitationals, Tournament of Champions, Desert Open, Las Vegas Open, and Touring Players Championship, and we want you to be too!
See you soon!
