OLEAN, N.Y. - Construction of a $5 million, 24-lane bowling alley and entertainment complex along Constitution Avenue is set to begin sometime this fall.

Steve Feldman, owner of Byllye Lanes in Bradford, Pa., confirmed Friday that he and Mike and Brenda Alviti of Bradford are moving forward with plans to buy 3 acres of land along Constitution Avenue near the Premier Banquet Center to build a 55,000-square-foot entertainment complex.
